This premium NOMAD medicine cabinet includes 34 NOMAD cassettes and has undergone independent testing to meet British Standard (BS 2881:1989 Security Level 1), making it ideal for nursing and care facilities utilizing the NOMAD Cassette System for medication distribution.

  • Meets British Standard (BS 2881:1989 Security Level 1) requirements
  • Standard single door cabinets come with a right-hand hinge, with a left-hand hinge available as an option
  • Made from 1mm mild steel with reinforced hinges and finished with a robust, sanitary white epoxy coating
  • Features an anti-pick lock mechanism compliant with BS3621:1998, ensuring keys cannot be removed if the cabinet is unlocked
  • Comes with three keys as standard
  • 5V DC external indicator light displays green when closed, red when open, and flashes red if left open for 2.5 minutes
  • Includes a nurse call output (volt-free contact) for integration with a nurse call system
  • Equipped with internal lighting that activates when the door is opened
  • An alarm buzzer sounds if the cabinet is left open for 5 minutes (available only with the optional warning light)
  • Note: All cabinets must be securely mounted to a wall or floor. Mounting fixings are not included
