The Advanced Optimal Compression range merges graduated compression with complete adjustability, offering the ultimate combination of features!

The Advanced Optimal Compression Knee Support provides superior support compared to the UP5150 Knee Sleeve in the same collection. This enhanced version delivers level 3 support and features the seamless circular knit design that defines our Compression Supports.
This elevated support level is achieved through the integration of steel springs on both sides of the knee for enhanced stability, along with a fully adjustable cross-over strapping system for additional support around the kneecap.
Recommended for alleviating symptoms associated with arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis.

Our Optimal Compression products are more lightweight than neoprene, offering substantial support without the bulk or heat retention of neoprene and latex.

Includes:

  • The breathable, compressive four-way stretch material targets support to critical areas, mimicking the support and movement patterns of key ligaments and tendons to reinforce them.
  • The compressive nature of the material also enhances blood circulation, which can help prevent lactic acid buildup during and after activity, reducing the risk of cramps and stiffness.
  • Steel springs offer moderate medial and lateral support while allowing a full range of motion.
  • The cross-over strap system provides comprehensive stability and support.

SIZING - measure around the center of the knee:

  • SMALL 12-14" (30-35cm)
  • MEDIUM 14-16" (35-40cm)

CONTENT: 42% Nylon, 24% Spandex, 30% Steel, 4% PU foam.

Wear Instructions: Temporarily unfasten all four cross-over straps to easily slide the sleeve on. Center the black patella opening over the kneecap to position the support correctly. Secure the cross-over straps and adjust the tension as needed.
