  • Enables needle-free delivery of bolus medications during infusion.
  • The back-cut needle bevel and tapered PTFE catheter tip facilitate smoother insertion and reduce the likelihood of vein injury.
  • Wing design minimizes bacterial contamination risk by preventing direct contact between the catheter hub's rear and the skin. The wings also help secure the catheter in place with the use of BD Veca-C™ and BD Veca-Fix™ IV dressings.
