The SAM Splint 18" Medium in Charcoal measures 45.7cm x 10.8cm, providing a mid-length immobilisation device ideal for wrist, forearm and lower leg fractures. Its aluminium core with closed-cell foam laminate gains structural rigidity when bent into a simple curve, allowing rapid splinting without the bulk or weight of traditional plaster or fibreglass alternatives.
