Mepilex XT is an advanced foam dressing from Molnlycke, engineered for wounds producing moderate to high levels of exudate. It absorbs significantly more fluid than standard foam dressings and handles both thin and viscous wound fluid equally well, making it versatile across all stages of exuding wound healing. The Safetac silicone wound contact layer is clinically proven to reduce pain and tissue damage at dressing changes by sealing the wound margins and minimising maceration. Its flexible, conformable structure adapts to body contours and movement. This 20 x 21cm single dressing provides generous coverage for larger wound sites.
