The 6m Test Chart with Patient Hand Card is a dual-sided visual acuity assessment tool for ophthalmic and optometric examinations. One side features the standard TVH letter chart for literate patients, while the reverse displays a non-verbal 'E' chart for patients who cannot read letters. A patient hand card is included with a near vision assessment on the reverse for comprehensive distance and near testing from a single kit.

Key Features

  • Designed for 6-metre testing distance
  • Dual-sided: TVH letter chart on one side, non-verbal 'E' chart on the other
  • Includes patient hand card with near vision test on reverse
  • Laminated for durability and easy cleaning
  • Washable surfaces support infection control
  • Suitable for direct or mirror-reflected viewing
  • Supplied with hanging cord for wall mounting

Applications

Used for visual acuity screening in optometry practices, ophthalmology clinics, GP surgeries, occupational health assessments and school vision screening programmes. The non-verbal 'E' chart makes it suitable for testing patients with limited literacy, young children and non-English-speaking patients. The compact hand card allows near vision to be assessed at the same appointment.
