The Nomad VPU2-126 is a compact, non-powered cold chain box that uses patented vacuum/PU insulation and phase change material (PCM) packs to hold temperature-sensitive products steady without electricity.
Performance
- Holds contents at +2°C to +8°C for around 30 hours in a 35°C ambient (with +5°C pink PCMs)
- Stable across ambient temperatures from +43°C down to -25°C
- Choose pink +5°C PCMs for vaccines and medicines, or green -18°C PCMs for frozen samples
Size
- 6 litre class; internal height 23cm, approx. 18cm usable once PCM packs are fitted
Ideal for pharmacy and GP vaccine runs, clinical trial samples, home-visit medicines and short-haul courier deliveries where mains power isn't available.
