Jelonet (10 x 40cm, carton of 10) is a sterile, paraffin-impregnated gauze dressing used for the management of wounds, burns and skin grafts. The soft, open-weave tulle allows wound exudate to pass through into a secondary dressing while preventing the dressing from sticking to the wound bed.

Key Features

  • Paraffin-Impregnated Gauze - Prevents the dressing from adhering to the wound, reducing pain on removal
  • Sterile and Individually Wrapped - Ready for immediate clinical use
  • Large 10 x 40cm Size - Suitable for covering extensive wounds and burns
  • Carton of 10 - Convenient multi-pack for clinical and first aid stock

Ideal For

  • Burns, scalds and skin graft donor sites
  • Lightly exuding wounds and abrasions
  • Hospitals, clinics and wound care settings
