Jelonet is a paraffin-impregnated gauze dressing that serves as a soothing, non-medicated wound contact layer. The open-weave leno gauze allows wound exudate to pass through into a secondary absorbent dressing while helping to prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound bed. Supplied as a continuous roll measuring 15cm x 2m, in a box of 12 individually wrapped rolls.
