The K2 (KTwo) Reduced Compression Bandage System is a dual-layer compression kit designed for managing venous leg ulcers and chronic venous oedema in patients with ankle circumferences of 18 to 25cm. The system combines K Tech (a wadding and short stretch compression layer) with K Press (a cohesive, elastic outer layer) to deliver sustained 40mmHg compression for up to 7 days. Built-in pressure indicators on both bandages ensure accurate application with minimal training. 10cm width.

Contra-Indications
Not recommended for patients with arterial disease or when the ankle-brachial pressure index (ABPI) is below 0.8.
