Warm: place the mask flat in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at 850W. Gently massage the mask to spread the warmth evenly, then test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before placing it over closed eyes.
Cold: place the mask in a clean, sealed bag and chill in the fridge before use.
Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before applying, and stop use if any discomfort occurs.
