The Leukoplast Strong Dressing in the 2.8cm x 2.2cm size is a robust, cotton-based adhesive plaster supplied in a box of 100 individually wrapped sterile strips. Formerly known as Elastoplast, each dressing features a distinctive twisted-weave cotton fabric that conforms to body contours while maintaining strong adhesion through its latex-based rubber adhesive.

Key Features

  • Durable Rubber-Based Adhesive: Provides secure, long-lasting attachment that keeps the dressing firmly in place throughout wear
  • Twisted-Weave Cotton Fabric: Adapts to body contours for a comfortable, flexible fit over knuckles, fingers and other curved surfaces
  • Low-Adherent Wound Pad: Polyurethane net pad sits gently against the wound, reducing pain and trauma on removal
  • Individually Wrapped and Sterile: Each dressing is sealed in its own packet to maintain sterility until the point of use
  • CE Certified: Meets European medical device standards for quality and safety

Precautions

  • Contains natural rubber latex. Not suitable for individuals with latex sensitivity
  • Designed for single use only
  • Avoid contact with water to maintain adhesion

Applications

A staple wound care consumable for GP surgeries, school medical rooms, workplace first aid stations and home medicine cabinets across the UK. The 100-unit box is ideal for restocking clinical environments, care homes and occupational health departments where plaster use is frequent.
