The Reliance EuroSplint Finger Splint (95mm x 45mm) is a lightweight, mouldable splint designed to stabilise fractures and sprains of the fingers. Made from a special metal and macromolecule foam composite, this compact splint can be shaped to fit the injured digit and secured with a bandage or tape for reliable immobilisation in first aid and pre-hospital settings.

Key Features

  • Mouldable Construction: Metal and macromolecule foam composite bends to match the contours of the injured finger for a custom fit
  • Compact Finger Size: 95mm x 45mm dimensions designed specifically for digit immobilisation
  • Lightweight and Portable: Slim profile fits easily into first aid kits, trauma bags, and medical pouches
  • Waterproof: Remains effective when exposed to moisture, making it suitable for outdoor and wet environments
  • Reusable: Can be reshaped and reapplied for multiple uses, reducing waste and replacement costs

Applications

Used in NHS minor injury units, A&E departments, and GP practices across the UK for temporary immobilisation of suspected finger fractures and sprains before imaging or specialist review. Also suitable for sports first aid kits, workplace first aid stations, and outdoor activity medical supplies where finger injuries are common. Store in a well-ventilated area at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
