Collection: INR Testing Machines & Test Strips

An INR machine (coagulometer) measures how quickly your blood clots from a single fingertip drop, giving an INR result in about a minute. People on warfarin use one at home to self-test, and GP surgeries, pharmacies and anticoagulation clinics use professional models for point-of-care testing.

Which INR machine do you need?

  • Home self-testing: the CoaguChek INRange is Roche's meter for patients who test at home. It is compact, battery powered and connects by Bluetooth.
  • Clinics and pharmacies: the CoaguChek Pro II is a professional coagulometer with multi-patient memory and connectivity for record keeping.

Test strips, controls and lancets

CoaguChek XS PT test strips work with the INRange and XS meters, in boxes of 24 or 48. The Pro II uses CoaguChek Pro II PT tests. Add PT controls for quality checks and single-use lancets for fingertip sampling.
