AED Trainers and Training Pads

AED trainers look and sound like the real device but cannot deliver a shock, so staff can practise safely. We stock trainers and replacement training pads for ZOLL (AED Plus Trainer II and AED 3), HeartSine Samaritan, Philips HeartStart, Lifepak, Mindray, iPAD, CellAED and Prestan, plus remote controls and spares.

Choosing a trainer

• Match the trainer to the AED your organisation owns, so the prompts and pad placement are the same in training and in a real emergency.
• Training pads are reusable but wear out, so keep spare sets for regular courses.
• A remote control lets the instructor change the scenario, for example a shockable or non-shockable rhythm.
